Duncannon AT Festival Vendor Application

DATC Festival: 3rd Saturday of June, 2 PM to 8 PM

The 2026 Duncannon Appalachian Trail Festival is scheduled for Saturday, June 20 from 2PM to 8PM. The festival will be near the town square of Duncannon.

We showcase a double row range of vendor and activity tables along a main street between our two event stages at each end of a blocked off street in town.

We always host a large crowd that loves to learn about hiking, health, conservation, outdoor activities, and local community groups. Nearby businesses can use a vendor table to build and meet a new clientele among spaces for artists and crafters to showcase and sell environmentally kind wares.

All vendor spaces are 10’x10′ but consecutive spaces can be purchased and special accommodations will be made for food vendors.

Due to limited space, we restrict participation in the festival to vendors who are aligned with the general theme of our festival.

Vendors marketing or selling their own original handmade work are welcome but we’re not seeking vendors who promote or sell items of a more commercial nature, nor are we seeking multilevel marketing companies. We hope you understand. If you’re not sure whether you fit in with the theme of our festival, please contact the Vendor Coordinator.

There is a nonrefundable vendor fee to reserve your place at the festival. $20 for 10′ x 10′ space or $30 for a food truck. Nonprofit groups can ask to waive the fee.

All vendors must fill in the Vendor Application Form below to become a vendor at the Duncannon Appalachian Trail Festival. Once you have been approved you will receive an email with a link to pay securely online with a credit card or where to send your check. We will reserve your space after we receive your payment.

Vendor spaces for the 2026 Duncannon Appalachian Trail Festival have SOLD OUT. Feel free to complete the form (don’t expect further contact or to pay) to show your interest in being contacted for vending EARLY for next year’s festival. The festival is growing fast and may plan to add more vendor spaces in coming years!

Very shortly after submitting your application, you will receive an auto-generated e-mail stating that Your application was successfully submitted. (Ignore this email if completing the form after April, as we are sold out.). Only vendors confirmed before April are allowed to vend. If you do not receive an email within a few minutes of submitting your application, please check your spam/junk mail folder and settings. A few days after we confirm receipt of your application, we will send an e-mail letting you know if you have been approved by the festival committee.
