DATC Festival: 3rd Saturday of June, 10 AM to 4 PM

The 2024 Duncannon Appalachian Trail Festival is scheduled for Saturday, June 15th, from 10AM to 4PM. The festival will be near the town square of Duncannon on High Street between Cumberland and Ann streets. We’re looking for Hiking Clubs, Food Vendors, Local Businesses, Nature Conservationists, Outdoor Enthusiasts, Local Community Groups, Artists and Crafters. All vendor spaces are 10’x10′ but consecutive spaces can be purchased and special accommodations will be made for food vendors. Due to limited space, we restrict participation in the festival to vendors who are aligned with the general theme of our festival. Vendors marketing or selling their own original handmade work are welcome but we’re not seeking vendors who promote or sell items of a more commercial nature, nor are we seeking multilevel marketing companies such as Scentsy, Thirty-One, Tupperware, Avon, Mary Kay, It Works, LuLaRoe, or Paparazzi. There is a $20 nonrefundable vendor fee to reserve your place at the festival. Nonprofit groups can ask to waive the $20 fee. Once you have been approved you will receive an email with a link to pay securely online with a credit card or where to send your check. We will reserve your space after we receive your payment.

All vendors must fill in the Vendor Application Form below to become a vendor at the Duncannon Appalachian Trail Festival.

Very shortly after submitting your application, you will receive an auto-generated e-mail stating that Your application was successfully submitted. If you do not receive an email within a few minutes of submitting your application, please check your spam/junk mail folder and settings. A few days after we confirm receipt of your application, we will send an e-mail letting you know if you have been approved by the festival committee. If you do not receive an email within a few days, please contact VendorRegistration@DuncannonATC.org.

ALL vendors must submit this application at least 2 WEEKS before the day of the festival regardless of their paymenr method! AFTER you are approved by the DATC Festival committee you will receive an email with more information about the festival and how to make a payment.
