Tri-County Bike and Pedestrian Survey

Cumberland, Dauphin and Perry Tri-County Logo

This message is brought to you in cooperation with the Tri-County Regional Planning Commission of Cumberland, Dauphin and Perry Counties.

The Harrisburg Area Transportation Study (HATS) is the federally mandated regional transportation planning body for Cumberland, Dauphin and Perry Counties. HATS is currently undertaking a regional bicycle and pedestrian study. As a part of this effort, we are conducting a public survey to identify how people walk and bike today and what improvements should be made for a safe and useful bicycle and pedestrian network in the future. The short survey is available online. The results will be used to identify current conditions and gaps in the system and it will shape the outcome and recommendations of the plan. The survey should only take five minutes and participation is anonymous.  Thank you for your interest!
