DATC Festival: Saturday, June 18th, 2016 from 10AM to 4PM
ALL VENDOR SPACES ARE FULL, WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR 2016 DUNCANNON APPALACHIAN TRAIL FESTIVAL VENDORS!
Our next Duncannon Appalachian Trail Community Festival (a.k.a. The Duncannon Blast) will be held on Saturday, June 18th, 2016 from 10AM to 4PM. The festival is located near the town square of Duncannon on High Street between Cumberland and Plum streets. All vendor spaces are 10’x10′. We’re looking for Hiking Clubs, Food Vendors, Local Businesses, Nature Conservationists, Outdoor Enthusiasts, Local Community Groups, Artists and Crafters. Due to limited space, we restrict participation in the festival to vendors who are aligned with the general theme of our festival. Vendors marketing or selling their own original handmade work are welcome but we’re not seeking vendors who promote or sell items of a more commercial nature, nor are we seeking multilevel marketing companies such as Scentsy, Thirty-One, Tupperware, Avon, Mary Kay, It Works, or Paparazzi. We hope you understand. If you’re not sure whether you fit in with the theme of our festival, please contact the Vendor Coordinator.
There is a $20 nonrefundable vendor fee to reserve your place at the festival and you are also welcome to donate a prize to our raffle contest to further promote your company or group. Please do not send a check until you have been approved as a vendor by the DATC Festival Committee. After we receive your check, we will reserve your space and add your group to the listing below. Nonprofit groups can ask to waive the $20 fee.
All vendors must fill in the Vendor Application Form below to apply for the 2016 Duncannon Appalachian Trail Community Festival.
Very shortly after submitting your application, you will receive an auto-generated e-mail stating that the DATC received your application. A few days after that, you will receive an e-mail to letting you know if you have been approved. If you do not receive your letter of approval, please contact VendorRegistration@DuncannonATC.org. Thanks for your interest in our festival, we look forward to seeing you there!
